Celebrities! As children we often dreamed of meeting the movie stars that we saw on the silver screen or read gossip about in our mothers' National Enquirer that we were not allowed to touch!
But what's the big deal? Celebrities are really just people with really cool jobs, high stress levels,and lots of money.But when people meet them they get all jittery and stammer and the crazy people stalk them,why?
Is your life going to dramatically improve when you meet someone famous? Probably not, I mean your popularity points may go up a bit but your life is going to be the same regardless!
People in the entertainment industry have a lot of money yes, but they work hard for it! They have no privacy, they are constantly bombarded by magazines speculating about their lives and they are constantly travelling from location to location.How many entertainers have actually retired from show business? Not too many!Because their standards of living goes up so much with each million earned they couldn't possibly go back to being a regular earner!
So, the next time you meet someone famous, just be casual, say "hey, how are you today?That was a really good movie you were in, have a great day" and walk away.Not only will you confuse the hell out of them but they will breath a sigh of relief because you didn't have a nervous breakdown in front of them, after all they are only human!
